Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
5. Returns and Refunds

- Eligible Returns: Unopened products in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Non-Returnable Items: Opened products, perishable items, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

- Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
